**The chief of staff your inbox never had.**

Status: Email. Private beta, Gmail only.

Feke reads, files and follows up on your email, opens a case for anything that takes work, and drafts replies in your voice. Anything that leaves your account waits for your signature. Only the decisions reach you.

### Caret

**Agents anywhere you type.**

Status: Keyboard. In daily use, not yet released.  
Platforms: iOS · MAC · OPEN PROTOCOL

An iOS keyboard and Mac menu-bar app. Dictate, Ask or Imagine at any cursor, with your own agent on the other end over the open caret/v4 protocol. Caret inserts text. It never presses Send.

### Zen

**Only the stone remains.**

Status: Browser extension. Built, not yet in stores.  
Platforms: CHROME · SAFARI · iOS

A Chrome and Safari extension that removes ads, consent dialogs, nags and modals, judged one element at a time by a model and remembered per site. Every removal is listed; one click restores it. Cookie banners get Reject, never Accept.

### usermods

**Your web. Your rules.**

Status: Browser extension. Open source (MIT), in store review.  
Platforms: CHROME · SAFARI · iOS

Describe the change you want on any website. The model you choose reads the page, writes a userscript, tests it in front of you and saves it. Any LLM, including local ones. No account, no tracking.

## Klaw: the proof system (not a product)

**Utopian Labs productizes what Klaw proves.**

Klaw is the internal agent that runs the founder's real inbox, codebase, travel and firm every day. Capabilities that hold up in daily use become products. Feke, Caret and the Minions coding harness all started here.

## House rules

- Approval before consequence.
- Constraints live in software. A rule that lives in the prompt is a rule the agent can lose.
- Delegated work comes back with evidence that it ran, passed, and stayed in bounds.
